when i go to a website and see an adsense ads, I just ignore them.Will the same happen for my website?

The thing about AdSense is it is tricky. You have to make sure the ads are directed to your viewers, but you also have no choice in what is shown. There are many strategies such as Keywords and SEO. The main thing to remember is that not everyone on the internet is like you. A lot of people are willing to go with an ad on a whim and discover they might like the product and buy it. There are a lot of books (eBooks) and articles on the subject. I have linked one that might help.
