I would like to know how can i pass the add blocker so that my adsense ads to be visible to those with add blocker on.

You can't. AdBlock (and other similar solutions) blocks all ads, including those from Google AdSense, and you can't bypass it.
Even if you find a way around it, they would implement a fix very soon, and you'd be back where you are.
